In partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association, the Healthy Living for Brain & Body workshops teaches preventative steps to stay healthy. Learn healthy habits and activities we can do throughout our lives.

Seven Principles of Making Marriage Work
Teaches singles what to look for in a healthy relationship. Includes the warning signs of difficult partners, exploring compatibility potential and relationship skills, and review common mistakes made in relationships.

Love and Logic
Teaches parents how to raise responsible kids and enjoy parenting. This class is hosted by Healthy Relationships Utah and teaches parents and caregivers how to end power struggles with their children, teach responsibility, and prevent arguments.
